Milford House is a four-bedded residential children’s home in Southall supporting young people aged 8 to 18 with learning disabilities and additional needs.
We provide a safe, nurturing and structured environment where children feel valued, listened to and supported to thrive. Our approach is trauma-informed and guided by the PACE model, helping children feel understood, emotionally secure and confident.
With personalised care plans, strong safeguarding practices and a skilled, compassionate team, we work closely with local authorities and families to promote stability, independence and brighter futures for every child in our care.

A Few Helpful Things to Know
You will have your own bedroom that belongs to you. You can bring your favourite things with you and choose how to decorate it, so it feels comfortable, personal, and like your own space.
Yes, of course. You can bring your favourite clothes, toys, games, or books with you. Having your own things around can help your room feel familiar and more like home.
That’s completely normal, and lots of children feel that way at first. You will have a keyworker who is there to support you, listen to you, and help you feel settled in your new home.
There will always be caring adults around, both during the day and at night. They are there to listen to you, help you with school or everyday things, and support you whenever you feel upset or need someone to talk to.
If it is safe and part of your plan, yes. We will help you keep in touch with the people who are important to you and support you to spend time together where possible.
